The strawberry and kiwi infusion is totally refreshing and certainly thirst quenching, without being too sweet. With its ruby red appearance, it is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to drink and is packed with vitamin C for an added health kick. Best served without milk, but you can add fresh lemon for that extra zing, if desired.
Use 1-2 tbsp of tea leaves per cup of freshly boiled, slightly cooled water. Steep the tea for 5-10 minutes. Gently stir the brewing fruit to release the flavour, and then remove the infuser and tea leaves from the tea before serving.
