This well-known tea, grown in specific regions of South Africa, is naturally caffeine free and has excellent antioxidant properties. The satisfying sweet orange and light clove flavour is bright and rich.
Brew using freshly boiled water between 93-100°C. Use 1 tsp of tea leaves, or use one tea bag, for every 250ml of water. Allow the tea to brew for at least 5 minutes; the tea imparts greater flavour and health benefits the longer it is brewed.
