This loose-leaf tea is starting to demand attention with its fruity and vibrant taste. Complement it with a little sugar or honey for a delicious refreshing drink. Equally satisfying as a warming brew or served over ice.
Use 1-2 tbsp of tea leaves per cup of freshly boiled, slightly cooled water. Steep the tea for 5-10 minutes. Gently stir the brewing fruit to release the flavour, and then remove the infuser and tea leaves from the tea before serving.
