Moroccan Mint is a light and refreshing tea that creates a calming and uplifting infusion. It is a green tea steeped with lots of spearmint. Its high menthol content provides an intense scent and flavour. The mint plant imbues anti-inflammatory properties to the brew and is a good choice if you're seeking a naturally caffeine-free tea.
Brew 1 tbsp of tea in 250ml of freshly boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes. Steep for 3-5 minutes; the longer the leaves are left to steep, the more intense the flavour. Moroccan mint tea is traditionally served with sugar. Add this according to your taste.
