This sunny and invigorating infusion blends zesty, bright lemons with spicy, warming ginger to create a perfectly balanced, uplifting fruit tea with a kick.
Use 1-2 tbsp of tea leaves, or one tea bag, per cup of freshly boiled, slightly cooled water. Steep the tea for 5-10 minutes. Gently stir the brewing fruit to release the flavour, and then remove the infuser and tea leaves, or tea bag, from the tea before serving.
