This is our strongest and darkest blend. These beans have been subjected to a traditional Italian roast, popular in southern Italy. It is similar to the French roast but the beans are heated to an even higher temperature of 245°C, beyond the second crack, until they are almost black. The burnt and charred tones become more distinct and the acidity is practically eliminated. This preparation provides an unmistakable kick as an espresso shot. 100% Arabica beans.
