A blend of the finest Keemun, Darjeeling, Ceylon and Assam teas, scented with the delicate aroma of the bergamot fruit. The leaf is large and well blended, giving a light and bright liquor with a beautiful fragrance.
Use 1-2 tsp of tea, or use one tea bag, per 250ml of water. Brew with freshly drawn boiled water, just below boiling point, for 3-5 minutes. The steep time is a rough guide; with Earl Grey it's mostly down to personal preference.
