This caffeine-free infusion has a gentle, warming and floral character. It is a well-known sleep aid and improves digestion, so is a tasty infusion at any time of day, not just bedtime.
Use 1 tbsp, or one tea bag, of chamomile tea per cup. Steep in freshly boiled water (98°C) for 5 minutes.
