After we receive your order it will be roasted and dispatched on the next working day. Working days are Monday - Friday (exc bank holidays).

All coffee beans are roasted to order and then dispatched in airtight bags with the roast/packaged date printed on the label. The product should be fresh for at least two weeks from the point of packaging.

We want the coffee to arrive with you as fresh as possible. With that in mind, we process orders every morning and make up our daily roast schedule accordingly. We aim to dispatch all orders the day after the order is placed, this is dependent on what time you order. 

Your purchase will be sent by Royal Mail, with the aim of delivery within 2-3 working days.

If you need your purchase delivered sooner, it can be sent via DPD for next working delivery for a cost of £5.

Larger packages (>2kg) sent via DPD will be delivered next working day (Mon to Fri only)

Items will be posted to the address provided during the checkout process.

For orders under £15, delivery is charged at £1.75 for Royal Mail 2nd Class, which will be added during checkout.

If you spend £15 or more after any discount is applied, delivery will be free. This is via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

You will have the option of selecting DPD next day delivery at checkout. There is a charge of £5 for this service. Orders for next day delivery need to be placed before midday.

All subscription prices include the delivery charge.

If you order 1 x 250g or 2 x 250g then yes your parcel should fit through your letter box.

In order to ensure that your coffee arrives as fresh as possible, and stays fresher for longer, the bags have a valve embedded within the paper, which means that they are not recyclable. The bags will breakdown in landfill - everything except the valve.

The bags are manufactured in the UK and the manufacturer plants trees and is involved in other environment-focussed outreach to counteract the fact that the bags are currently not recyclable.

In the unlikely event that you order is incorrect or damaged then bean.bag.brew. will offer a replacement. Please see our Refund Policy for more details and contact us on the day your order arrives.

If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund.  You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process.  

All shipping back to bean.bag.brew. is to be paid for by the customer.  We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
